A class for you and your little one to move, play, and find space. Children of all ages are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and if possible one for your child. The studio has some that can be borrowed as well.

Strong Moms Fitness: Core Foundations

This six-week core strengthening program is specifically designed for post-partum bodies, regardless of how long ago your baby was born. You will be taught to use your core correctly and with respect to your body right now. We will explore the relationship and function of the core/pelvic floor as an integrated system. Bring your positive attitude, willingness to laugh, cry, hit the restart button, or do whatever comes up along the way.

ORGANIZED CHAOS: A Core Workout with your Toddler Helper

This class was created to find a way for parents to get effective exercise and provide space for busy young helpers to participate and get their energy out as well.

Parents will receive specific exercise cues while toddlers are encouraged to climb, balance, hang, and play with their grownup. It will be dynamic and silly. You will get a fabulous core workout and your toddler will have fun climbing on you.

Bring a yoga mat and water. Toddlers age 12-36 months, please inquire if your child is outside this age range (it’s probably fine)
