With special love for those with compromised core and pelvic floor issues

This class is put together to give you a total body workout that will provide appropriate loading of the core and pelvic floor for YOUR situation. The goal is always to work to you edge in our class by listening to your body- maybe the edge is taking it easy sometimes, and that is really okay :-) Using a circuit training method and cuing for breath, core, and pelvic engagement we make sure you are engaging the right thing at the appropriate time.

This class is taught so that it can be easily translated into a home workout. I encourage you to take a picture of the board so you can repeat it from home 1-3 more times through the rest of the week.

Children and babies are always welcome under your watch. Please email in advance if you would like to bring a little one along.
