Hillary is a Restore Your Core® pelvic (external) and core coaching and strength training instructor and offers 1-on-1 appointments.
Manage compromised pelvic and core issues by building the strength and integration between the core and pelvic floor. Whether you're postpartum, managing exercise-related incontinence, diastasis recti, prolapse, or other core and pelvic challenges, this session is here to support you. We’ll focus on identifying the most effective exercises for your needs, mastering proper form, and empowering you to rebuild strength and confidence in your body. This could be a standalone appointment or you may do this in tandem with the Restore Your Core® online program or in-person program.

Restore Your Core®: Core Foundations
This six-week in-person core strengthening program is specifically designed for anyone with a compromised pelvic floor or core.
You will be taught strengthening exercises with respect to your body right now. This class is a great starting out point to build a strong and purposeful exercise foundation!
*Summer session is 5 weeks | sign up by May 31 | $100 | 9AM Monday June 16, 23, 30, and July 7 & 14. Location TBD, though likely at Dance With Me in Philomath.
Restore Your Core® Online 12 Week Program
This program that will help you get stronger, build a reflexive core and pelvic floor relationship, and get back to doing the things you love.
I have found that I need the in-person element of a class for my exercise journey, but If an online program is for you, Lauren is amazing and you will heal and get strong and learn so much about your body along the way.
I am here to answer questions for you if they come up and to support you however I can in your exercise, pelvic, and parenting journey.
