Hillary is a certified strength training instructor with specialization in core and pelvic floor exercise and brings her 13 years of experience in clinical/therapeutic bodywork to inform her knowledge of the body and how it moves.

Tailored to your life and needs we will create a flexibility routine for you. Reduce tension, aches and pains, and risk of future injury. An effective flexibility routine can fit in as few as 5 minutes. Creating this template is about making a routine that works in your life and that you will follow.

1:1 Yoga

A private class to fine tune your practice or to help you start a new yoga practice. You will understand more about how to move with respect to your body, improve alignment, and and how to use that information in subsequent yoga classes to build and maintain a fulfilling practice.
