Hillary is a certified strength training instructor with specialization in core and pelvic floor exercise and brings her 13 years of experience in clinical/therapeutic bodywork to inform her knowledge of the body and how it moves.

Functional Flexibility
Tailored to your life and needs we will create a flexibility routine for you. The right exercises for you practiced with attention to form will achieve results. Reduce tension, aches and pains, and risk of future injury. An effective flexibility routine can fit in as few as 5 minutes. Creating this template is about making a routine that works in your life and that you will follow.

1:1 Yoga
A private class may be for you if you are starting a new yoga practice, looking to deepen your current experience, unsure how to modify postures, experiencing pain, or perhaps some other reason, our goal is that you leave our session with a clear path forward. I want you to understand more about how to feel better, move wisely, and know how to use that information in subsequent yoga classes.
