Bikram style yoga

Woman in athletic clothing practicing yoga in a side stretch pose in a minimalist room.

This 60 minute class generally follows the 26 & 2 Hatha Yoga series known as Bikram Yoga (26 postures and 2 breathing exercises). A notable difference from typical Bikram practice is the room temperature, which is around 70 degrees.

Directions are given clearly as well as explanation on why we are doing what we are doing. This class is effective for reducing pain, improving balance and stability, improving muscle tone, increasing strength and flexibility, and more.

Suitable for beginners, non-yoga people and avid yoga enthusiasts alike, great for athletes, weekend warriors, and SUPER for student athletes (added bonus - kids can always join you for a class for no additional charge!)
