Bikram style yoga

This 60 minute class generally follows the 26 & 2 Hatha Yoga series known as Bikram Yoga (26 postures and 2 breathing exercises). A notable difference from typical practice is the room temperature, which is around 70 degrees. You do not need to be flexible to do this class. We don’t do anything crazy here - just effective, straightforward exercise. If PT was a yoga class, this would be it.
Suitable for beginners, great for athletes, weekend warriors, and SUPER for student athletes (added bonus is that kids can join you for no additional charge!)

With special love for those with compromised core and pelvic floor issues
This class is put together to give you a total body workout that will provide appropriate loading of the core and pelvic floor for YOUR situation. The goal is always to work to your edge while listening to your body. Using cuing for breath, core, and pelvic engagement we make sure you are targeting and turning on the right thing at the appropriate time.
