Focused on helping kids and teens stay active, strong, and injury free as they grow

Gentle age-appropriate approaches, whether that is bodywork, strength training, or mobility focused. Sessions will be dependent on what the individual needs.

  • 30-45 minute sessions

  • Parent/guardian required unless 18 or older

Bodywork for pain relief, mobility, and optimum function

Bodywork sessions take place at Hillary’s home office and include:

  • Postural analysis and health history

  • Soft tissue mobilization and re-assessment

  • Home exercises (stretches and/or strength focused)

  • Please wear shorts/tee shirt or light pants

  • $45 for 30 minutes, $70 for 45 minutes

Bodyweight Strength Training and Flexibility Training (private and small group)

Small group and private exercise sessions take place at Dance With Me or other location as pre-planned

  • Strength and flexibility training reduce the risk of injury in sport

  • Balance and coordination improve

  • Agility, quickness, and speed improve

Sessions are $60/hr, a small group can cost share up to 6 people.
