Class Descriptions
Structured in the Bikram Yoga (or 26+2) Style, with a focus on alignment and stability you will get a whole body stretch and strength routine in every class.
Bikram Style Yoga is a Hatha Yoga series which uses the same postures in sequence each class. It is taught at room temperature instead of a typical Bikram Yoga 105 degree room making it accessible to all. Great for those looking to find a concise and effective routine, athletes, pregnant and post-partum women, and anyone looking for functional movement.
Establish a foundation of core stability and strength and build from there. Correct body mechanic cueing and attention to form. Circuit training set-up allows you to move at your own pace and have individualized attention.
Emphasis is given to each person at their level of need starting from scratch and building up. Hillary’s background includes training in corrective exercise for pelvic floor and core recovery through Lauren Ohayon’s Restore Your Core® teacher training. This class provides an opportunity for individualized and tailored pelvic floor and core recovery training within a group setting. All stages of fitness and ages are welcome.

The pieces that often do not fit into practice structures. Developing mobility and resilience in a young athlete’s body prevents injury and speeds recovery,. Athletes will gain tools, builds body awareness, problem-solving skills and self confidence. Age appropriate balance, mobility, strength, and stretch.
