WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Age appropriate flex, strength, & balance training

  • 45 minutes

  • Wear shorts/sweats and tee shirt

  • Bring water

Private and small group Bodyweight Strength Training and Flexibility Training

Small group and private exercise sessions take place at Dance With Me or other location as pre-planned

  • Strength and flexibility training reduce the risk of injury in sport

  • Balance and coordination improve

  • Agility, quickness, and speed improve

Sessions are $60/hr, a small group can cost share up to 6 people.
