Core and Bodyweight Exercise Coaching

Looking to establish a solid foundation for a strength training program, if you are post partum, post surgery, or need some extra cues and support, these sessions will help you achieve your exercise goals. Hillary is a certified strength training instructor with specialization in core and pelvic floor rehabilitative exercise and brings her 13 years of experience in clinical/therapeutic bodywork to inform her knowledge of the body and how it moves.

Functional Flexibility

Do you have a desk job? Chronic neck pain? Back pain? TMJ issues? No time to stretch? Not sure what to stretch? Or why to do it? An effective flexibility routine can fit in as few as 5 minutes.

Creating this template is about making a plan that delivers the right combination of exercises and time commitment so that it becomes integrated and established and soon turns into a functional habit.

Yoga

A private class to fine tune your practice or to help you start a new yoga practice. You will understand more about how to move with respect to your body, improve alignment, and how to use that information in subsequent yoga classes with any instructor to build and maintain a fulfilling practice.

Core Restore - a Restore Your Core® style series

This in-person core-focus strengthening program is specifically designed for anyone with a compromised pelvic floor or core.

Learn how to properly engage your core and pelvic floor with respect to your body right now.

Build a solid foundation to support your pelvic floor health, build true core stability, and get more out of your workouts and daily movements.

Restore Your Core® is an online program created by Lauren Ohayon. I use it personally, and it is full of fantastic information, classes, and detailed explanation of movements and modifications. If this sounds right for you, go check it out! I am a certified teacher of Restore Your Core® and I am here to support the online classes with in-person additional coaching and also to do 1-1 Core coaching if you are not doing the online program.

An in person appointment may be for you if:

  • You are doing the online program and need some extra support

  • You would like to work through movement patterns or breathing techniques to improve core and/or pelvic floor function

  • You would like more specific exercise direction to improve core and pelvic muscle function
