Core and Bodyweight Exercise Coaching

Establish a solid foundation. Create a plan to fit your needs and situation to achieve your exercise goals. We start with the fundamentals of core exercise and engagement and build from there. Cues for breathing and appropriate loading and home exercise planning are included.

Creating this template is about making a plan that delivers the right combination of exercises and time commitment so that it becomes integrated and established and soon turns into a functional habit.

Yoga

A private class to fine tune your practice or to help you create a new yoga practice. You will understand more about how to move with respect to your body, improve alignment, and how to use that information in subsequent yoga classes with any instructor to build and maintain a fulfilling practice.
