    Sundays in October, 3:45PM

    Join Hillary at the Philomath Public Library for 4 introductory yoga classes. If you are curious about yoga and want to try some different styles out this is a place to start. We will do one class a week each in the style of: Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, and Bikram (26 &2). Bring a yoga mat and water. This is a free class series.

  • Core and Pelvic Floor Restore

    Sunday November 9, 3:45-4:45 PM $20

    Learn how to properly engage your core and pelvic floor - don’t just go through the motions.

    Move, breathe, and strengthen with purpose so you can:

    - Build true core stability

    - Support your pelvic floor health

    - Get more out of your workouts and daily movements

    Be prepared to move, bring a yoga mat if you have one, and water. All ages and abilities welcome.

  • Core Restore Winter Series

    Wednesdays in January

    8:30-9:30AM

    $100

    This restorative core strengthening program is specifically designed for anyone with a compromised pelvic floor or core.

    You will be taught strengthening exercises with respect to your body right now. This class is a great starting out point to build a strong and purposeful exercise foundation!
